I am a visual artist, museum/ gallery consultant and project facilitator based in Manchester.

I graduated in Fine Art with a first class degree from Sheffield Hallam University and won an AHRB scholarship to study a masters in Art Gallery & Museum Studies at the University of Manchester.

I have worked for large organisations such as Museums Sheffield and IWM North, as well as smaller ones such as Gallery Oldham and The Ahmed Iqbal Ullah Education Trust. My artwork has been exhibited at The Victoria & Albert Museum, The Whitworth Art Gallery, Manchester Art Gallery and Weston Park Museum.

I have 16 years experience of developing community engagement initiatives in the arts and heritage sector. My key interests are textile art, collective memory and museum access / interpretation.
